TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “User,” or “You”) and Empire of Ease, an AI Automation & Virtual Assistant Agency (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).
By accessing or using our services—including Chat AI Agent, Voice AI Agent, automation setups, CRM workflows, appointment systems, and any related services—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Services Provided

Empire of Ease provides AI-powered automation and virtual assistant solutions, which may include:

  • Chat AI Agent

  • Voice AI Agent

  • Combo AI Agent (Chat + Voice)

  • Lead capture automation

  • Customer support automation

  • Appointment scheduling systems

  • CRM workflows and pipelines

  • General business automation systems

We may update or modify services at any time to improve functionality or performance.

3. Subscription Model & 14-Day Trial Policy

Some offerings may include a 14-day trial period, allowing users to test features before a paid subscription begins.

  • Trials apply only where explicitly stated.

  • At the end of the trial period, billing will continue automatically unless canceled.

  • Trials are limited to one per client or business.

The Company reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or modify trial eligibility at any time.

4. Billing & Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions, fees, and service payments must be made through:

✔ Stripe
✔ PayPal

We do NOT accept Wise, bank transfers, or any other payment methods.

Billing Terms:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically based on the selected billing cycle.

  • By subscribing, you authorize Empire of Ease to charge your payment method.

  • Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of services until resolved.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support or canceling through your client portal (if applicable). Cancelling prevents future charges but does not refund past charges.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case.

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Partially used billing periods

    • AI performance dissatisfaction (as accuracy cannot be guaranteed)

    • Lack of implementation on the client’s end

Once processed, refunds (if approved) are issued only via Stripe or PayPal.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Use the services only for lawful business purposes

  • Ensure AI outputs are reviewed by a human before final decision-making

  • Not misuse or exploit the system, platform, or AI agents

Users are solely responsible for the content they generate, store, or use within our systems.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

AI responses are generated algorithmically and may produce:

  • Inaccurate information

  • Imperfect or incomplete outputs

  • Misinterpretations of prompts

  • Errors due to user input or system limitations

Empire of Ease is not liable for any damages, losses, or inaccuracies caused by AI-generated content.
Users must validate all responses before using them in business or legal contexts.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to:

  • Use the services for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities

  • Attempt to bypass, reverse engineer, or damage any part of the system

  • Upload harmful code, viruses, or disruptive materials

  • Use the AI to generate hateful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or misleading content

  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored where legally restricted

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

9. Data Ownership

  • Clients retain full ownership of their data, including messages, workflows, custom instructions, configurations, and uploaded materials.

  • Empire of Ease retains ownership of all AI systems, tools, processes, workflows, automation frameworks, and intellectual property developed for delivering services.

Clients may not resell, sublicense, or reproduce our proprietary systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Empire of Ease is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for losses related to AI errors, downtime, third-party integrations, or user misuse.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Empire of Ease in the past 3 months.

11. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Payments fail or remain overdue

  • User violates these Terms

  • Illegal or harmful activities are detected

  • Abuse of AI systems or staff occurs

Users remain responsible for outstanding balances.
